2015 Audi Q5 shaky idle when cold and in "D" stopped.

Hi everyone,

I am looking with some help with my new to me 2015 Audi Q5. It has 77000 KMs (4800miles) on it and no shows no fault codes in OBDeleven. No misfires registered in measuring blocks on a 30min drive with cruising, idle and heavy throttle.
All maintenance is up to date including spark plugs at 55000kms.

The problem is that it vibrates quite bad when it is shifted into "D" and not in motion especially when the engine is cold. The vibration is not noticeable when in "P" or "N".

The dealership took a look at it and discovered a internal leak in the high pressure fuel pump that diluted the oil with fuel. They assumed this was throwing off the idle air fuel ratio and replaced the pump. Unfortunately this did not fix the vibration.I only have 3000kms of warranty left and would like a second opinion on this matter since I am so tight on time. Here are a few things i'm questioning:
1. carbon build up? checked with borescope and they look fairly clean.
2. dirty throttle body?
3. pcv valve leak?
4. transmission issue?

Maybe this is normal because I have never driven a true automatic before.

Thanks everyone!

hello, have you check the engine mounts, they usually go bad around 40k miles, good way to check is set vehicle in D press the brake and gas at the same time you will fill the engine shake or make a clonking noise if they are bad when you let go the gas. they either leak the fluid out or split from the rubber piece. good luck! let me now if thats the cause of your problem

@LSANCHEZ1

Happy new years! Thanks for the suggestion. I climbed under and did not see any leaks with my engine mounts. They look basically new. Dealership said that the cold engine shake is normal... I feel like they have no clue why and don't want to investigate any further.
