Default DIY Questions

My wife has a 2013 A5 Cabrio with the 2.0 that I am committed to doing her 35,000 mile service (yes the miles are that low). She has owned the car about a year and had the dealer service it previously until I realized how little they are doing and how much they are charging. I have always done my own maintenance and kind of enjoy it. Anyway, I also recently purchased a 2015 Q5 TDI and sort of joined this club too. Sorry to ramble but my question is - I have seen that in some Audis it is proper to change the oil from the top by extraction. Is the A5 to be extracted or does it need to be drained from the bottom? I have ramps but it certainly is low. I am already familiar with the type of oil, spark plugs, bleeding the brakes, air filter, pollen filter, etc. All is simple stuff. Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure the A4/A5 are drain, as is the TFSI Q5. That's what I've seen while checking tutorials.
