Default Grind Going into 3rd Gear

Hello all,

Now, i say this coming from a guy that bought a 3/45K bumper to bumper warranty, but i have a grinding going into 3rd from both directions. Anyone experience this? I have seen online that its a "thing" for sure, and is a syncro issue. I guess my questions are, any of you that have had this, did you get it fixed? If you had a warranty, did they give you any crap about it? Thanks all! I am new, and this is my first technical post, so hopefully im in the right area, i have an 08' A4 Quattro with the 2.0T.

1st to 2nd when cold is the more common for syncro problems. No issues at all with the 6MT on my 2008 A4 Avant, so best for you to check with your warranty provider if they will actually cover or not.
