Default Need help

First time Audi owner just bought this car had it only for a month
Yellow solid check engine light
Replaced everything in the car within the last year as usually needed for amount of miles it has (123700) including turbo , water pump, timing belt , etc. we reset the check engine light by unplugging batterie , check engine light was off for a week and two days and returned on again today. I don't know the codes I don't have a reader. I'm worried about it, What could it be?

Without getting it scanned, there's no way to tell for sure. Can you take it to a VW or Audi repair shop and have them connect a VAGCOM reader?

I took it to the shop, they told me my thermostat is having problems. They said it's getting suck and in other words somethings preventing it from telling it my car is warm enough. It does get to the middle temperature but takes about 10 min of driving. They said it would cost me at least 400$ to fix , does that sound about right?

Hmm. Not sure. I haven't had thermostat work done to my car (yet). You should post this question at the Audizine website under the A4 B7 forum. You'll get a quick answer there. It's a very active forum.
