03 A6 2.7t throwing misfire on all 6 cylinders

I have a 2006 A6 2.7t that I replaced all of the coils, plugs and the secondary injection air pump. Two weeks later it throws a P0701,704, 300,301,305 code. then3 days later it throws all of the cylinders and the check engine light is flashing and the car is shuddering on the highway. I parked it and trailered it home. Any ideas? I'm thinking about replacing the ignition control module, is there any way of testing what is going on?
Thanks for ya'll's help.

Well usually if its missing on all will usually be from a lean condition. Like huge air leak, vacuum leak, low fuel pressure, incorrect MAF readings. If you really are convinced its ignition module, be sure yours has them, I dont remember if it was 03 or 04 when they went to the BEL engine code and did away with the separate modules on the airbox. I have not seen both modules fail at the same time, and when they fail, its just a single cylinder misfire. So its really really doubtful thats gonna help.

I think autozoo might be able to test an ignition control module for the apb.

but I agree with above poster abut a lean condition. Get a smoke test done and see if its something you can fix yourself
