2000 2.7 Quattro overheating
 

when the vehicle is being driven at a constant speed it runs well but once I'm sitting in traffic or a stop light the car starts to over heat and once I pick speed up again it cools down. What could be the problem?
Coolants are all fine all lines are good, no leaks. ,
