2000 A6 Boost drop off

2000 A6 Boost drop off
I just replaced the TBB due to a tear, and now when I punch the throttle the boost will climb up to 12 PSI or so then almost instantly fall back to around 5 PSI, could this possiably be a bad N75 valve, any help would be greatly apreciated....
