Default 2001 s4 cel Help.

Ok so I just got my car back from the body shop after I was rear ended. I noticed the check engine light was on. The shop wants me to bring it back next week so they can take it to audi to have it looked at. Today I took it to a friend with a diagnostic tool and pulled these codes. P1118 and P1114. Both are manufacture controls codes relating to fuel air metering.
My question is what could cause these codes? The fuel pump and a fuel line were replaced. I erased the codes and drove the car for a half an hour and no light. I let is sit for an hour and when I started it to leave again the check engine light came back on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

VAG it, post all pertinent info, and report back. Sounds like bad O2 sensor.

Ok I'll do that. But wouldn't the car run bad if an O2 sensor was bad?

Not always, especially if it is the rear O2 sensors.
