Default allroad engine noise, youtube link inside

details in the link. noise is the worst at warm idle, smooths out under load. new timing belt and a number of gaskets have been replaced recently as well.

All thoughts appreciated.

Sounds like the timing belt covers are hitting the belt somewhere. Did the noise start when you did the T-belt service?
