Hi Guys,

i need help with quickly I have a 04 2.7 a6. My Alternator needs to be replaced and the dealer gave me quotes for four types of alternators for the vehicle. I went ahead and ordered a bosch alternator can someone tell me if i chose the correct one.

only 100% guarantee is to pull the cover off of the alternator and give them the info.

the alternator is a valeo the bosch alternator has the same amp voltage as the valeo. Can I install it(do they both bolt on?)

If not, you need the same brand.
