Been having an issue for almost 2 weeks now.
Still trying to find the answer.
Car SUDDENLY started running rough. at idle and during acceleration. Misfires randomly. Little backfires.(pops)
What I've done:
Pulled and cleaned MAF.
Unplugged MAF, didn't seem like much of a difference.
I disconnected the battery a couple of times.

Found a cracked Vacuum line on Pass. side PCV. fixed.
Tried cleaning up gas.
Checked air filter.

It has moments and if I'm at about 3000 rpm and not accelerating it runs almost normally.

I'm (right now) guessing MAF?
