BAR Certified Mechanic in Metro Detroit Area??
Can anyone recommend a reliable certified mechanic in the metro Detroit area? I'm looking to have the timing belt and water pump on my '99 A6 replaced. Thanks.

Might want to give VAST Performance a call. Mike (the owner) is a 2.7t engine wizard and all around
good guy. Google VAST performance and you'll find out contact info. He was out in the Ann Arbor area, but he moved his shop recently.

I have taken 2 Audi's and 3 VWs there over about 4-5 years. They are always good service, and the prices are excellent compaired to the stealerships. They LOVE these cars. Their parts runner is a VW Mk4 Golf with Oettinger body kit and ~ 300whp. This is my kind of place.
