Default Belt Tensioners - two ?
Had the full timing belt maintenance package done back about 6-months ago on my 2000. Now, have a whining, bad-bearing sort of sound intermittent from area around the serpentine belt. Dealer says its the tensioner associated with this belt. So, there are two tensioners that we need to keep an eye on? Just seeking reassurance on what I'm hearing from Audi Service.

Default The serpentine belt has a tensioner. It is about 80$ but doesn't ...
come with the timing belt kits. Similar post on the B5 forum today.

Default just one that I know of, and it should have been replaced when they did the TB
bet they didn't...
