My brake icon on bord is blinking. When I pool the hand break it stays steaty. ABS icon on bord remain stady after the engine starts running.
Any suggestions?

Red brake light on and yellow abs light on, beep three times could be the ABS control module not communicating or numerous other problems. Try to pull codes from 03 brake electronics, if you cant talk to the control module then replace the control module otherwise post any faults that you get.

If not top it off with appropriate fluid (I believe all Audi's take "DOT-4" brake fluid - you can confirm with manual or dealer).

FWIW, I just had similar issue (w/very annoying audible warning) and it turned out to be the fluid level -- fixed it by topping of w/DOT-4.

Brake light on, ABS light flashing, audible alarm. Some times it comes on as soon as I start the car, sometimes it takes a while. ABS controller not communicating with inst. cluster. That's all that the vag com tells me. Anyone have any Ideas. Don't want to start replacing expensive parts if I don't have to.
