Default Check engine light flashes during...

Check engine light flashes when I accelerate hard when cornering, such as passing on highway (turning in and out of lane) and turning with throttle on hard when entering highway, etc.
I did a straight line acceleration and had no lights. Oil pressure?? Oil level is at the top of the check area on dipstick.

Default No Codes

No codes now. I recently had a #3 Coil code, which I replaced.

intermittent ABS not reading should throw a code

you sure it's the CEL and not ESP?

Electronic Stability Program = ESP

If it does happen to be your ESP light as well as ABS, my $0.02 is on checking your Throttle body boot for signs of aging/tears/etc. Had the same problem a while back around 85k. Once I got up to 60-70mph, RPMs would go crazy, both ESP/ABS lights would flash and car would basically go into limp mode. Would have to pull over, shut off for a minute or two, restart, and drive fine again until I'd accelerate at a higher speed again. lol Do a quick search - they are known culprits to going horribly bad and causing problems. If it does happen to be your TBB, and you might have $350 you could spare...save yourself the hassle of constantly changing the TBB and look into APR's Bipipe - it eliminates it all together

Default May have figured it out.

Replaced a passenger side oxygen sensor and all seems to be much better with the car. Running just fine as of this week. I will keep my eyes peeled for any further issues.

that'd be the first time that an O2 sensor didn't throw a code
