Default Where does this go? Bank 2 wireharness two pole plug.

Hey Folks, the story. 2001 allroad stage 3. Finally have the car running great. Did not realize the bi pipe had come loose. Hits the radiator fan, chips it, plastic piece pierces radiator. Car over heats, do not pin it, but goes to 3/4 on the temp gauge. Have it towed. $700 for new radiator and fan. Car running like crap hard to start. Get it tunning, Multi misfire, p0346 crank position sensor A bank 2. Change cam position sensor because that code came up and the crank position sensor. Go to start it samething, multi misfire and the same codes come up. Wire harness plug that goes to crank position sensor has some insulation missing exposing the bare wire. I source another plug , cut off the old plug and soulder on the new plug. Car starts, sounds strong still multi misfire and same codes. I change all of the plugs in bank 2 and coils. Samething. I look at the wire harness for bank two and see a two pole plug with thick wires not attached to anything. The numbers on the plug are audi 0125450428 . I can't find where this damn thing plugs into. Google has the number listed as an MB plug. I can't located a bank 2 wire diagram showing where everything goes. The car is a 6mt swap. Does the ecu need to relearn the cam and crank shaft sensors? Thanks for any help you guys can provide.
