Cold start pre-heater fan on engine
For lack of the correct term for this item, I am wondering if it can be removed/blanked off?
It's the fan on the 2.7t (2004) on the right just behind the inlet manifold.

p.s Also looking to blank the EGR and have it mapped out. Any advice there would be great.
