Compression Test Results....

Just did compression test on my 2oo1.5 162k mile B5 S4. Results are 180psi across the board. I just had an issue begin immediately after I replaced my timing belt.....rough idle...misfires on bank 2 when approaching stop....idle bouncing around when approaching stop (I guess due to misfires). Do these results mean the timing is spot on? Does this rule out valve issues? Any help will be much appreciated. I've been trying to figure this out for over a month now and it has completely taken the enjoyment out of owning this car. I just got this car in October 2012 and I absolutely fell in love with it from the moment I touched the gas pedal. But after doing the TB job (even though it was done in 2011) just because of a stupid leaky thermostat O-Ring, I've been dreading getting into the car every morning. I can't find any vac leaks and would be surprised if I would get one all of a sudden like that. I know there's plenty of experts on this forum but I also know that these cars are VERY difficult to figure out sometimes. I constantly work on it and try things and I invite anyone to tag along and help me track down this problem. I read so many threads where people never post the solution to their problem...the thread just dies. Nothing is more annoying than that. If you guys help me out I promise to be there when other help is needed and I will most certainly post the solution when I figure this out. Thanks.

EPL K04 Build

Well, I ran out of ideas so I brought the car to EPL here in CT and they broke the bad news to me. My K03's have passed on to the next life. They recommended doing the Big Turbo build; so based on their outstanding reputation, I gave them the go ahead to perform the proposed services. I was always happy with the amount of power the car put out (previous owner built it Stage 2) and I did not plan on any performance upgrades....just required maintenance. It is my daily driver and only vehicle. I guess replacing the stock K03's with the K04's is the right way to go. I will now wait.....patiently.
