creamy looking coolant...please help
 

its an 03 allroad 2.7T with 75000 miles.
just wondering what causes this. i flushed the system put new coolant in and its creamy looking again. gonna flush it again because i believe its oil. just looking for some insight into what i should do next.

Oil cooler failed.

Did a real good flush again today. Cooling is pink again. Gonna monitor it and see what happens over the long weekend. Doesn't seem like its a head gasket or anything like that. Also got valve cover gaskets done today, not that it had anything to do with it. I will keep in mind the oil cooler if it becomes looking like yesterdays double double again.
