duel air filters
 

ok so in the coolest s4 engine bay post I saw a duel air filter set up. I am now obsessed. How do I do this. if anyone has done it will you please post all info. I am not sure how one would set up the maf and this seems to be the biggest hurdle.

you would just have to relocate your maf closer to the tb. so it reads both the airflows. then just take off your y pipe and plumb some filters on the side.

this doesn't work because that would be measuring air flow after the turbo's???? or does it In theory the air flow would be the same but the only place the two air ways meet up is at the throttle body and i dont see the maf in the pic.

i didnt think about that. if you were to rig it up after the turbos, i would think that the heat might mess with it . but who knows.
