EGT - actual vs. ECU calculated

Has someone documented the actual (from EGT sensors) and calculated (in ECU) EGT data; and the effect that mods have (on actual EGT and on ECU calculated values)?

For example: piggies/downpipe, water/meth, higher boost, larger turbo, race gas vs. 93 octane, etc.
