Default Engine Oil

I assume most everyone uses synthetic oil in the turbo engines. Unfortuneately, I had a guy change my oil, and he put in standard 10-40. I discovered it after putting about 100 miles on the car (2.7T). Other than just replacing the oi and filter, is this anything to worry about?

Default Really, you can just drain and replace the oil if he used a Mann or OEM filter. My dealer used dino

for the provided maint services, so I used that as an engine flush and would run their dino oil for like 300 miles and then drain and replace with M1 0w-40 but still use the OEM filter. I adjusted the interval I left the synth oil in for, though. Doing full oil change is better, but the filter only holds about 1 quart. Switching back and forth between dino and synth will not hurt anything - that is an old wive's tale spread by mechanics who don't know any better. The seals in older cars (like late '80s) didn't like synth, but the seals in current vehicles will be just fine.
