Castrol or Mobil 1, 0W -30 or 5W-30 which meets the VW/ Audi 501 and 502 standards.

Mushi, what oil brands are available in Tanzania?

To try to make things easy, and assuming your Audi is powered by gasoline, any bottle of oil that shows VAG spec 502.00 works. Perhaps you will see a Castrol product 5W40 with the 502.00 certification.
