I have an A6 2.7t 2001. I was planning to change the F-hose today to the Samco hose because I was trying to eliminate any possible present or future turbo air leaks. I changed the BPVs about a month ago to try and eliminate a pretty severe stumble at WOT and it seemed to do the trick for a while. Now the stumble is back and since the TBB (I have the Samco)and BPVs (Forge new) seem fine I thought I would try to see if I had a leak in the F-Hose.

The problem is I can't find the F-Hose on the engine. I have a picture of the position of the F-Hose, under the passenger side BPV, from someone who was replacing the BPVs on an S4 (I think 2000) but I don't seem to have the F-hose, in that position anyway. Does anyone out there know if the later model 2.7t engines eliminated the F-hose. Or can someone tell me where the F-hose is?

f-hoses were only on 2000 models... at least for S4s

actually 2000 and 2001 S4's, build date after 9/00 is a 1.5 without the F-hose
