Fan strength?

Im looking to get the spal 16" electric cooling fan, What strength as far as CFMs should it be, I know they offer a 3000CFM model, would 2750 work?

actually i also found some that are 16" yet only 1300CFM. what is ideal for a non track S4

since it will be thermostatically controlled, I'd go for the most CubicFeet/Minute I could stuff in
