How much boost is everyone running w/ K04/16?
I think I'm feeling a little fuel starvation. At first I thought it was just lag, but I'm leaning away from that. I've had a few turbo specialists now tell me it's lack of fuel, and I probably would benefit from less boost. I am currently at 21 pounds, I think I'm gonna try 17 or 18 for a while. Any recomendations?

Do you have green top injectors? AWE injectors? If so, you won't run out of fuel on them -- you
may need to adjust via lemmi though. What maf housing are you running? What do your egts look like?

Sub 12.5 second 1/4 mile times.
I don't understand why you think you are running out of fuel with your current boost setting. I am having difficulty reading the font in your sig so maybe you could list the pertinent info re: your mods.

My best run has been a 13.1.........
I know my shifting & weight has a lot to do with it. But I feel that I am getting a large time loss at the beginning of each gear. Well first is useless but second takes a lifetime to get going. At first I accepted it as "lag" but I'm skeptical. Again I'm still trying to get a feel for all this new power. I pretty much have AWE everything...and some extras.

Something doesn't sound right. 2nd gear should fly by in a heart beat.
Maybe you should log some stuff or take your car to a local shop that can check it out. It's hard to diagnose from afar.
