Kombi valve line, how much pressure?

Do I need a high pressure line? It doesn't seem that the secondary air system is high pressure, but I'm not sure.
I was replacing the secondary 02 on the drivers side when I noticed the rotting vaccuum line on my passenger side kombi valve.
I needed the car up and running so I replaced the rotted line with standard vaccuum hose.
