Default Limp Mode - TCU issue?

My 2001 c5a6, 2.7t is in "limp mode", tiptronic not working at all, not displaying any gear info on the center screen, ABS and ESP lit up. VAGCOM codes are below. I pulled up the passenger footwell carpet to check for water damage, but the TCU box and unit are bone dry. Next I unplugged the MAF as I read that could be an issue as well, and the car ran the same with it unplugged. FWIW I already knew that my secondary air pump was shot, which are the first two codes... Has anyone had these symptoms?

Default

So this morning I went out, turned the car on, and it was out of limp mode. Drove around the block, but before I could get back it banged a shift and went back into limp. Does anyone think I could need to change the AutoTrans Fluid? I thought it was for the life of the vehicle and you didn't change it, but I am seeing on other threads that people do, and since the car has 202k miles, whatever is in there could be getting pretty nasty...
