Default Need help deciding between RS4 clutch kit v. South Bend OFE...

I have an '01 S4 with 123k miles(stock motor, no chip). Stock clutch is on its way out. It's my daily driver 100+ miles/day. No track-time or frequent hard launches. Does anyone have any experience with South Bend clutch kits? I know the RS4 kit is probably a safe way to go, just looking for input as to whether it's worth the $300+ more to go aftermarket. I do hope to one day do RS4 turbo/fueling kit. I would appreciate any input or opinions anyone might have. Thanks, Josh

Default if you ever go with more power, might as well get the southbend one

RS4 ones definitely get overmatched by the added power

Default RS4 clutch is inadequate for my upgrades.

I'm leaning toward Vast at the moment, Here is a link.

Default Southbend OFE from Avalon motorsports. Great product from a great vendor.

The "feramic" material grips much better than the RS4 disc.

Default Is there a d.i.y. for the clutch?

I have been unable to find a diy for the clutch anywhere. I have only had my s4 since October, so a N(.)(.)B.
