Newly installed K04, oil streaming out of oil feed line at turbo housing.
So after K03 failure at 50,000km I'm getting K04's installed. Now the guy doing the work has tried a new oil feed line, new gaskets, doubling up the gaskets, using gasket sealant etc, but it seems that due to excess pressure this seems to be the spot leaking oil.
Any thoughts on what could be causing this? Problem is to test just about anything else we will have to pull the engine again ($$$), and I'm looking for anything else we could try before it comes to this. He's feeling that it's a manufacturing defect in the turbo.
Any help is MUCH appreciated.

Links to the 4 premature K04 failure in the last few months:
So after doing some digging, I found several other "premature K04 failure" posts which gave me some ideas. I don't know if the installer checekd the oil return line, I did blow the drivers side turbo and it is that turbo giving me trouble again. Anyway, if anyone else is interested in reading up:

FYI - lots of misinformation and false claims in some of those postings. No one likes to admit they
killed their new turbos due to leaving in the shipping plugs or having a bad oil line, etc. Installer error happens more often than most would like to admit...

dont get the 2 banjo copper fittings mixed with the coolant mixed lines. you HAVE to replace the copper washers for the banjo fitting.
I did my own K04 install and ran into the problem and had to drop it all over it.

Update...
Engine's out, turbos are completely off and there was oil and coolant in the hot side of both turbo's, not just the drivers side.
I'm shipping them back to the place of purchase tomorrow morning, so Borg Warner can check them out at one of their warranty places or whatnot.
