Default Oil on spark plug, bad rings, head or worse?

Short version: oil on end of one coil pack and top of spark plug, possible causes?

Greetings AudiWorld,

I'm hoping someone has some advice on where I should focus my investigation to diagnose this.

I'm prepping to pull a 2.7T out of an A6 to put into my A4. As part of checking over the motor I pulled the coil packs and the spark plugs and did a compression test. There was oil on the end of the #3 coil pack and on top of the spark plug. There was some oil on the threads too, but that likely came during the pulling of the spark plug.

I did a compression test next and #3 piston was around 200 while the remaining pistons were all about 160.

The engine will be pulled for the swap, so I'll have full access when it's on the stand.

I did a search in this forum and across the whole board but came up empty handed (or didn't use the right keywords).

Thanks
