Default PO304 error (01 S4)

Misfire in cylinder four. I bought the car used. It has eighty thousand miles on it and I use 93 octane gas. I'm assuming the guy that had it previously never changed the plugs (correct?). Can someone tell me if they had this same problem and what they did to resolve.

Also, I noticed that when I first started my engine in the display screen it said "Service in 1100 miles". I have never seen this. Any thoughts besides the obvious?

Default I'd check...

plug
coilpack
injector

in that order. It's mostly likely the coilpack or plug though.

Cheers,
