Default Random misfire code 0300

I just replaced my secondary coolant pump. I did have to remove the intake to get to this part. I also changed the timing belt and water pump while I had it apart. I put it all back together and it runs like total crap. It keeps running rough smells like sulfur and reads code 0300 random cylinder misfire. Any ideas?

Default Did you do a throttle body adjustment? Any boost leaks?

Did you put the MAF back on properly?

Default Um, then you should do a throttle body adjustment with your VAGCOM.

boost leaks are next to check for.
