Default Rear coolant line -- X over pipe Seals?

I have a leak on the driver side connection to the engine (rear coolant line). I have removed the bolts from both the driver's side and passenger side, and also the nut on the secondary air injection pump bracket and still cannot move the rear coolant line enough to change the seals. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. TIA

Default never changed them, but aren't the X-pipes welded to some other pipes back there?

seems to me like there's a lot more back there to move.

Also connected to the X-pipes is the input to the heater core (which shouldn't hinder moving away from engine) and another connection running under the intake manifold (not the aux pump line) that may be my problem. Not sure where this goes and if I need to remove the intake to disconnect to give enough slack. I hope not. Anybody have a picture of the rear of the engine (out of the car)?

I did a search and can't believe I am the first to have a leak here... =(

Default There are two coolant hard pipes that run from the front of the block to the coolant x-over pipe in

the back. One press-fits into the x-over pipe with an o-ring. the other is welded to the x-over pipe and press-fits into the front of the block with an o-ring. You have to give it a good yank to break free, especially if it has never been removed.

Default I suspect it is the heater hose that connects to the metal pipe on the drivers side .

it uses a quick connect like the radiator hose and I have seen several leaking in past few months . the last one fell apart in my hand when I touched it .
