Throttle body cleaning?

Throttle body cleaning?
How do I go about doing this? Do I need to remove the tb and then replace the gasket or can I get away with cleaning it on the car? What kind of cleaner should I use. TIA

remove throttle body. You can replace the gasket if you want, but it's not required.
just make sure you get it back on correctly and properly oriented.
definitely remove it so you can get all the crap off the back side of it. brake or carb cleaner and a rag will be fine.

Do I need to do a tb calibration after or should I just do the key on for 20 seconds and its good?
