On my 2001 Audi S4 I am having an issue of hard starting, backfiring, and rough idle. I am getting codes p0341 and p0346. However we checked compression and it is good and we put the camshaft alignment tool on and it seemed to all be aligned. Obviously I think it is a timing issue but if the tool goes on fine what should I be looking at? Any help would be much appreciated.
