Default Timing help, camshaft pulley rotated

I was having a hard time getting the right cam pulley off and was not holding it, and it spun. I took the valve cover off and the marks are not visible. I was planning on doing all the gaskets so can I just take the cams out and adjust them from there, or should I try and align it before I take it apart. Can I turn it counter clockwise?

What is the best way to get it back in time?

iv done that. Just put the little cam lock bar peice on the end of the cam, and move it back so its mostly level, and put the lock bar on. Just go the opposite way that it spun.

Happens all the time with no harm done in my experience.
