TOB?2001 a6
 

So I purchased a 01 a6 2.7t with 140,000 miles. Love the car and can't complain on the price. I am new to force induction.the guy I purchaced it from said that the clutch was just done due to the fact that they had to pull the trans for a tob replacement. This is my problem 1st and 2nd has a pretty agressive hop to it when I release the clutch. The only time she feels to switch smooth is when I ride the clutch and switch at 2200 rpm And release very gradual.Also she shuts down semi aggressive when I don't have the clutch in.Clutch in so much smoother. Had a similer issue with my vr6. And that was the cause well possibly I just replaced everything flywheel,pressure plate,clutch and tob and problem gone. But I think it was the tob. Im not a trans expert I work as a tech, but litttle trans exp. Very sorry to bore you with this long story just trying to be detailed
