Default turbo help

I currently have an a6 2.7tt and am thinking about replacing my turbos.. A friend of mine has a pair of 16g tdo5r with titanium turbine and ball bearing with 10.5 inlet housing.... what chance is there that these will fit my car and work more efficiently and better than k04's.. I need some help here and can't find much info online

DO IT! you'll most likely need a custom exhaust manifold, but at least you got room under the a6

Default what are your goals for the car. If you're just looking for stage 3 power, then a bolt up setup is

going to suit you better in the long run. If you're looking for much more hp then the added cost to fit the different turbos would be worth it. Titanium turbine wheels would be a big advantage in spoolup.

Default Call out on the allroad board to either allroad2001 or to skidmark..

they have both done 2.7T turbo upgrades..and more in a BIG way.

Default Cost wise the k04/ hybrid stock like fitment would be most efficient. The new gt28 kit required much

more fabrication, since it doesnt just fit right up. Power is insane. Get a shop to fit those and power would be nice!

Default I don't think you have much more room under the hood than S4 but....

You got enough room in the fenders for these from our bigger brother...
