so i have a 2002 s4 avant. it has a giac ecu chip and tranny chip, glh down pipes and exaust. the problem is that it feels like there is a boost leak. so i took it to the shop and they pressure tested the system and said that it held their 22lbs of boost test so there is no leak. i took the car home and it continued to do the same thing (acting like there is a boost leak) so i brought it back and they did a n75 valve (wastegate). well, it still acts like there is a boost leak. does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong? i am really close to selling it right now because it just isn't fun to drive anymore. i don't know if it helps but there is 36k miles on the car. please email me with ideas at andrewjlandau@gmail.com. thanks again!

I have no experience with a chipped 2.7t (mine is stock) but you might find a MBC in parallel fixes your issues. At least that's what I've read. Another thing to check is your BP valves, if they stock, get a pair of 710n's

what are the conditions? What is actually happening? When? Sped, RPM, Gear, etc. Do you hear an air rush?

are the EGT sensors and O2 sensors okay? are the bypass valves working? maybe replace them with 710Ns?

maybe the tbb is torn under the clamps?
