That would be the Cam bore plug leaking. You need to replace Valve covers,chain tensioner gaskets and the rear cam plugs or you will be wasting your time doing this over and over.

Thanks very much for the info. That is what I was fearing. Guess I need to get the
Cam tensioner tool to get to the seal under. Is it easy to remove and replace the cam plugs?

Yes remove the bearing cap over them and pull them out and replace.
