AudiWorld Forums - why only making 4 psi

Just hooked up a boost gauge to check my psi because it was definately lacking power. My 2.7 is only making 4psi currently.... weak!. Not sure how many pounds its supposed to push but its obviously more than 4. Disconnected the wastegates and still only pushing 4ish, maybe 5 pounds. Thought maybe it was a vaccum leak but it would have made alot more boost with the wastegates disconnected regardless of a leak. Also, the diverter valves seem to be working. What are possible issues? Why am i only making 4 pounds of boost? How much psi should it be making stock? Thanks.
