I am experiencing a clunk sound from the transmission area and the car is shaking when this noise comes. I was in contact with Audi dealership they said its normal but I am not convinced by that because this is not my first Audi Q 7. I had a 2017 q7, 2018 q7 and loner q7's ranging from 2017-2019 q7 for 10-20 days and I never had this clunk sound. any input would be highly appreciated. I am attaching a video
