The 2015-2016 3.0T are rated approximately 30 horsepower higher than the 2014 A7. Does anyone know if the increase in hp is a function of engine tuning or have the engines been "modified" from the factory ?

I have wondered this myself. Torque has remained the same and Hp has gone from 310 to 333. 0-60 time has been shaved by .5 sec. I can't imagine .5 was shaved off by 23 hp bump? I don't know if they have changed gear ratios or something else
