Oil pan replacement on my 2003 A6 3.0

Wonder if my new oil pan does not have a Gasket ? Is only silicone used?

Wrong forum but used to have 02 A6 3.0 for many years and yes silicone is the lower to upper oil pan sealant no physical gasket.
