Arfinator

Hello everyone,

First time poster, long time creeper. I usually come around here for the really great help you guys provide and I have an issue that I hope y'all may provide.

my Audi isn't able to go into reverse or first gear. If I switch to reverse or drive, it will just turn off. While idle, RPMs will dip and recover for a little bit, but it won't completely turn off. When stepping up the gas while idle, the car has the possibility to turn off.

When I opened the hood I noticed a sound like air was leaking. I tried to push and pull on some things around where I heard but can feel any air leaking or notice any difference afterwards.

I removed the tube that goes to the MAF because it sounded like it was coming from the top side of the engine. After leaning in to where the tube was connected, I noticed it was coming from sone silver hole. Pictures provided. Could y'all help me, please? Thank you!!!
