Default 2.8l RPM fluctuates when cold

Hi

I have a 1998 Audi A4 quattro with a 2.8l 30V (engine code AHA) motor and I have a problem and I would appreciate if somebody could help me out. When I start the car when the engine is cold and I let it idle for a few minutes to warm it up, most of the time the RPM will fluctuate from maybe 500 to 1000 constantly going up and down every 2 seconds and if I try to take off with it it stalls all the time when I put it in neutral (I have a manual transmission)at a red light and is really gerky and hesitates a lot below 2000 RPM when I leave at the light. I would also like to mention that I live in a cold climate. When the engine warms up though, the problem disappear and the engine behaves correctly although the check engine light is on. I have the following DTC codes; 18010, 16541, 16716, 17535, 17537. I have run them trough my ebahn (from bentley publishers) software and it gives me a myriad of different things to test but I don't know where to start so if somebody else has experienced a similar problem and have a solution it would help me greatly.
