I have been having some issues with CEL and EPC light. Lately it has been idling rough, stalling, reduced power. When it stalls, it sometimes starts right back up, or sometimes it has to sit for up to 30 minutes. I replaced the passenger side intake CPS and my wife then drove it 250 miles each way over 2 days. It would stall on her on the highway and have to sit before restarting. The EPC light would come on an then go off. Last night I tightened all the connectors at the MAF, and both passenger side CPS wire harnesses. Today I drove 25 miles on the highway to Advance Auto to read the codes. This is what I read today:

P0346 CPS A Bank 2 (same as I had before)
P0300 Random misfire (same)
P0171 Bank 1 system too lean (same)
P0174 Bank 2 system too lean (same)
P0322 Engine speed input circuit no signal (new)
P0102 MAF A circuit low input (same)
P0113 intake air temp sensor 1 circuit high temp input (new)

I erased the codes and drove it home with no power/stalling/idling/ECP light, or CEL code issues...yet.

I didn't replace anything last night, just the one CPS the other day and I tightened the harnesses up too. I tried to visually check the wire bundles but I can only trace them back a few inches before they merge into another bundle. Where is the other side of the wires and can they be traced and volt checked?
I don't have a Bentley manual.

The other day I had these codes:

P0346-Camshaft position sensor A
P0300-Random multiple cylinder misfire
P0301-Cylinder 1 misfire
P0302-Cylinder 2 misfire
P0303-Cylinder 3 misfire
P0304-Cylinder 4 misfire
P0305-Cylinder 5 misfire
P0306-Cylinder 6 misfire
P0171-System lean bank 1
P0174-System lean bank 2
P0102-VAF/MAF low input
P0492-Secondary air system bank 2
P0491-Secondary air system bank 1

I erased them and then changed the CPS and then I had the power and stalling issues I described above.
