99 A4 30V codes P1250, P1137, P1139. Runs normal

99 A4 30V codes P1250, P1137, P1139. Runs normal
I'm wondering what a specific set of codes together might mean.
P1250 Fuel level low
P1137 Fuel too rich bank 1 (add)
P1139 Fuel too rich bank 2 (add)
I did really let it run way down on fuel one time, but had the CEL reset just in case that's all it was. They have come and gone after a few days of driving, maybe 3 cycles of the same codes now.
The car runs and drives normally, other than the idle might possibly be a bit off, and it was hard to start after filling with gas one time. I had to floor the pedal like it was flooded.
I've read about MAF, and vacuum lines mostly, but nobody else seems to have had the same combination of codes.
Any advice would be much appreciated, as I'm trying to sell the car, which is harder with an lit CEL.

clean you maf see if your stft is ok my rule of thumb is normally -7 + 7 after a few minutes at idle then go over all the vacuum lines see for leaks either a vacuum pump or the best a evap smoke tester, after spray the intake boot where it meets the throttle body with carb clean while looking at fuel trim if the go erratic then you know its that, that's the problem i had

actually let me correct myself on these engines there is no boost there for vacuum lines and leaks would not cause rich codes maybe bad fpr or maf unless u use a injector cleaner it migh have leaky injector seals
