Big oil leak!
At close to 100,000 miles, my trusty A6-2.8 Avant is leaking lots of oil. Yes, the dealer would love to replace all the seals, etc. for $ 5,000. My main source of oil leaking is at the front. When I open the hood, to the right of the radiator, there are a bunch of hoses. This is where the bad leak is coming from. Since I have a lift, it was easy to verify.
Asking around my motorheads group, someone suggested that it was a clogged PVC valve. Any ideas? And can I attempt to do it myself? It looks like it is really cramped in there! Thanks for any help in advance.......Oh, and is there a picture or schematic available anywhere to explain where the PVC valve is?
